


I'm Paul Barry, a Personal Trainer in South Melbourne. My job is to help you achieve your fitness, strength, health and weight loss goals.
I work with a wide range of clients (including children and older adults) in one-to-one sessions, boot camps, group sessions and pairs. I also work with corporate clients on a weekly basis. I'm encouraging, persistent and knowledgable, and I like my clients to enjoy their training while (simultaneously) achieving their goals.

I've been working as a Personal Trainer in Melbourne since 2009, after relocating from Brisbane.
My goals are to:

Your training is tailored to your current level of fitness and what you're trying to improve and achieve.
Your training may involve weight training, cardio-vascular training, flexibility training, training for specific sports you may do and body-shaping training.
My fitness studio is located at 80 Darcus Street, South Melbourne.
The studio facilities includes all the latest equipment designed for training for specific sports as well as strength, shaping and movement programs.
We can train at my fitness studio or we can train • at your local park • or at your home gym.

The cost varies depending on the number of sessions you have per week and the length of the session.
I offer 1/2 hour, 45 minute and 1 hour sessions, as many times a week as you like, at a time that's suitable to your specific needs.
A 1 hour training session, 3 or more times a week, is $60. A 1 hour session twice a week is $70, and a 1 hour session once a week is $80.
