I'm Paul Barry, a Personal Trainer in South Melbourne

My job is to help you achieve your fitness, strength, health and weight loss goals.

Please note: during this time I am able to still train outside one-on-one in the park with my own equipment!

I work with a wide range of clients (including children and older adults) in one-to-one sessions, boot camps, group sessions and pairs. I also work with corporate clients on a weekly basis. I'm encouraging, persistent and knowledgable, and I like my clients to enjoy their training while (simultaneously) achieving their goals.

Whether it's four times a week, once a week or just once in a while to learn new training techniques ... call me - you'll get better results faster!

What we'll do

Your training is tailored to your current level of fitness and what you're trying to improve and achieve. My Training Studio is fitted out with all the latest equipment and caters for all types of sports training, strength training and body-shaping and movement programs.

Where we'll train

We can train • at my Training Studio • at your local park • or at your home gym. Call me today and get your training underway!
