Your training may involve weight training, cardio-vascular training, flexibility training, training for specific sports you may do and body-shaping training.

My Studio

My fitness studio is located at 80 Darcus Street, South Melbourne.

The studio facilities includes all the latest equipment designed for training for specific sports as well as strength, shaping and movement programs.

Other Venues

We can train at my fitness studio or we can train at your local park or at your home gym.
